Castle remains Schwandorf , including Tower or Old Castle Madach called, refers to an Outbound hilltop castle at 675  m above sea level. NHN on a steep limestone rock on the southern edge of the Oberschwandorf district of the Neuhausen ob Eck community in the Tuttlingen district in Baden-Württemberg in Germany .

The former rock castle was probably built in the 13th century on a castle area of ​​280 square meters, was in ruins around 1600 and is considered destroyed from 1791. In 1588 the castle was named Altes Schloss Madach .

From 1260 to the beginning of the 15th century the Truchsessen von Schwandorf and 1460 Sygmund von Stein are named as owners of the castle .

Nothing is left of the former castle complex.
