Burgstall is a deserted area in the municipality of Gerhardshofen in the Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district in Middle Franconia .
geography
Immediately to the west of the former wasteland were ponds that were fed by the Altenbuchbach, a right tributary of the Aisch . In the southwest was the Huthwasen corridor area, and in the southwest the Weinberg forest area.
history
As part of the municipal edict , Burgstall was assigned to the Diespeck tax district formed in 1811, and from 1813 it belonged to the rural community of Dettendorf . With the second community edict (1818) it was assigned to the newly formed rural community Göttelhöf . In 1907 the property was demolished.
