The Postal Trohe (whose name of original not assigned) is an Outbound Turmhügelburg (moth) on a low hill in a flow loop of Wieseck at the eastern edge of the district Trohe the municipality Buseck in Gießen district in Hesse .
Nothing remains of the castle. During excavations in 2004, the cuts showed the artificially piled mountain of the moth . On an old field map, the castle can the Won "In moat" are allocated, making it possible to describe the situation almost. Whether this or the former Weißenburgk west of Trohe was the ancestral seat of the Hessian Trohe has not been documented. The equation from a sales deed from 1357 of a Siegfried called Kornegil von Trohe "from her court at Trohe" about an eternal grain validity to the knight Johann von Schwalbach cannot automatically be equated with the castle stables .
