Calum Chambers (born January 20, 1995 in Petersfield ) is an English football player who was in the English senior team for the first time in 2014 .

Club career

Southampton FC

Calum Chambers began his career in the youth department of Southampton FC at the age of seven and made his debut in the League Cup game against Stevenage FC on August 28, 2012 when he came on for Dean Hammond in the 84th minute and prepared the 4-1 final of Ben Reeves . For the 2013/14 season he rose completely to the first team and made his league debut for Southampton FC in the 1-0 win on matchday one against West Bromwich Albion on August 17, 2013.

Arsenal FC

On July 28, 2014, Arsenal FC announced that Chambers had signed a long-term deal there. In the FA Community Shield game against Manchester City on August 10, 2014, he made his official debut for Arsenal and won his first title with Arsenal by triumphing 3-0. In the league he made his debut on August 16, 2014 in a 2-1 win over Crystal Palace and three days later he made his international debut in the 0-0 draw in the Champions League qualifier at Beşiktaş Istanbul.

National team career

Chambers played for four England junior teams and played 6 games in the U-17 and 18 games in the U-19, and has also been active for the U-21 since 2015. In the U-17 he was able to score three goals and two in the U-19. Chambers celebrated his debut in the U-17 national team on February 2, 2012 in a 2-1 win in a friendly against Portugal and his debut in the U-19 national team was made seven months later on September 29, 2012 in a 3: 0 win in friendly against Estonia.
