Carl Deimling

Carl Friedrich Ludwig Deimling (born October 8, 1779 in Karlsruhe , † March 30, 1850 in Karlsruhe) was an administrative officer in Baden.

Life

Deimling completed a law degree and worked as a lawyer from 1801–1803, then switched to the Rötteln regional office as an assessor , where he was promoted to bailiff in 1807 and in 1809 became head bailiff of the newly formed Lörrach district office . In 1813 he became a district councilor of the Wiesenkreis , where he worked under the direction of August von Kalm . When this district was added to the Dreisamkreis in 1815, Deimling moved as a district councilor to the Murgkreis based in Rastatt . In 1819 he took over the management of the Emmendingen Regional Office with the title of Government Councilor and then worked from 1823 until his retirement in 1842 as Chief Administrator in Pforzheim . In 1830 he was promoted to third class privy councilor.

Honors

After he had already received the Knight's Cross of the Zähringer Lion Order in 1832 , he was also awarded the Commander's Cross 2nd Class of this order on retirement in 1842.
