Claude Pradille

Claude Pradille (born July 29, 1942 ) is a former French politician. He was a member of the Senate from 1988 to 1997 .

Between 1983 and 1993 Pradille was responsible for social housing in the Gard department. In 1988 he entered the Senate for the Parti socialiste . He was re-elected a year later. In 1994 he was involved in a corruption affair, for which he was sentenced in 1995 to five years in prison and a fine of 300,000 francs . After an appeal process, the sentence was reduced to three years. In 1997 his mandate was withdrawn.
