Colle Brianza is located about 10 km southwest of the provincial capital Lecco and 35 km northeast of the metropolis of Milan . The municipality includes the fractions of Cagliano , Campsirago , Giovenzana , Nava (main town) and Ravellino .

The neighboring municipalities are Airuno , Castello di Brianza , Dolzago , Ello , Galbiate , Olgiate Molgora , Santa Maria Hoè and Valgreghentino .
