Monticello Brianza is located about 15 km southwest of the provincial capital Lecco and 30 km northeast of the metropolis of Milan in the province of Monza and Brianza .
The neighboring municipalities are Barzanò , Besana in Brianza (MB), Casatenovo , Cassago Brianza , Missaglia , Renate (MB) and Viganò .
