Cassago Brianza is located about 15 km southwest of the provincial capital Lecco and 30 km northeast of the metropolis of Milan . The municipality includes the fractions of Oriano , Tremoncino , Campi Asciutti , Zizzanorre and Rosello .

The neighboring municipalities are Barzanò , Bulciago , Cremella , Monticello Brianza , Nibionno , Renate (Lombardy) (MB) and Veduggio con Colzano (MB).
