Just Cory! (Original title: Cory in the House ) is an American sitcom that has been broadcast on the US Disney Channel since January 12, 2007 . In Germany, the series has been running since March 24, 2007 on the German branch of the Disney Channel. It is an offshoot of the series Raven looks through ( That's So Raven ).

The series takes place in the same series universe as Hannah Montana , Die Zauberer vom Waverly Place , Raven looks through , Jessie , Hotel Zack & Cody as well as Zack & Cody on board and Tripp's rock band , so there are occasional guest appearances and other points of contact between the series.

action

The series is about Cory Baxter. He moved from San Francisco to Washington, DC, to the White House after Cory's father, Victor Baxter, got a job as a cook for the US President . Cory befriends Newt Livingston, son of the Chief Justice, and Meena Paroom, daughter of the Bahavian ambassador ( fictional country in the series, India is meant ).

Cory has his hands full finding his way around the new environment. Sophie Martinez, the president's daughter, is constantly trying to trick him, while the president's advisor, Samantha Samuels, keeps reprimanding him. On the side, Cory befriends President Richard Martinez.

Cory Baxter ( Kyle Massey )

Cory is a 16 year old boy who lives in the White House with his father Victor. His best friends are Newt Livingston and Meena Paroom. He plays drums and has a great sense of rhythm, which is why we formed the band "DC3" with Newt and Meena. His sister is Raven Baxter, who hasn't moved to the White House and is going to college but has a guest appearance. He was in love with Meena at the beginning, but then got together with Candy.

Newton "Newt" Livingston III ( Jason Dolley )

Newt is 16 and the son of a Senator and his mother is Chief Justice of the United States . His best friends are Meena Paroom and Cory Baxter. He is often a little perplexed and loves rock 'n' roll . Newt also shares some traits similar to Raven's best friend, Chelsea Daniels, and Cory's boyfriend, Larry, both from Raven .

Meena Paroom ( Maiara Walsh )

Meena is 16 and the daughter of the Bahavian ambassador to the United States . Meena looks somewhat like Eddie from Raven looks through . Her Bahavian accent is a mixture of Brazilian and Arabic. Newt and Cory are her best friends.

Sophie Martinez ( Madison Pettis )

Sophie is the 8-year-old daughter of President Richard Martinez. She is known as "America's Angel", to which she always replies with "That's what they call me!" She is in second grade and is not overly popular there, any more than her father was on Parents Day. She is in constant competition with a girl named Tanisha.

President Richard Martinez ( John D'Aquino )

Richard Martinez is the President of the United States. He is also the father of Sophie Martinez.

Victor Baxter ( Rondell Sheridan )

Victor is the new head chef at the White House. He often resolves conflicts between other characters, but he often has some himself with Samantha Samuels. President Martinez came to Victor's restaurant, The Chill Grill, and tried the food there . He decided that Victor would be his new head chef. Victor Baxter is also the father of Cory.
