Peter Reinhardt
Peter Reinhardt (born July 30, 1950 in Leipzig ) is a German actor and voice actor .
From its founding in April 2006 until June 2015, he was Chairman of the Board of the Synchronists' Association. V. based in Berlin . Reinhardt studied at the Leipzig Theater School . He has been working in the field of dubbing since 1973 . He lent his voice to Sandy Cohen in OC, California , played by Peter Gallagher . He also spoke in the anime series Yu-Gi-Oh! from the last season Yami-Bakura and Jerry Doyle in Babylon 5 .
