Donnemain-Saint-Mamès is located about four kilometers northeast of the city center of Châteaudun on the left bank of the River Conie . Donnemain-Saint-Mamès is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Christophe in the north, Moléans in the north and east, Jallans in the south, Châteaudun in the south and southwest and Marboué in the west.
