Vieuvicq is a French municipality with 476 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Eure-et-Loir in the region Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Châteaudun and is part of the canton Illiers-Combray (until 2015: canton Brou ). The inhabitants are called Vieuvicquois .

Vieuvicq is located about 48 kilometers southwest of Chartres and is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Méréglise in the north and northwest, Illiers-Combray in the north and northeast, Saint-Avit-les-Guespières in the east, Dangeau in the southeast, Yèvres in the south, and Mottereau in the west Southwest and Montigny-le-Chartif in the northwest.
