Eddie Butler

Eddie Butler (born October 2, 1971 in Dimona ) is an Israeli singer . His parents were from Chicago , USA . Eddie started making music and singing at an early age. In the 1990s he sang with a wedding band and from 1992 he worked as a background singer with Zehava Ben .

In 1999 he joined the first time for Israel at the Euro Vision Song Contest on, but as a member of Eden , where his older brother Gabriel Butler, Rafael Dahan and Doron Oren worked. At that time they reached 5th place with 93 points.

In 2006 he competed again, this time alone, for Israel in Athens . With his contribution Together We Are One he reached the penultimate place (23rd) with only 4 points.
