Kobi Marimi ( Hebrew מרימי קובי; * 1991 in Ramat Gan ) is an Israeli singer and actor .

Life

He was born in Ramat Gan and grew up there. He studied at Nissan Native Acting Studio .

Marimi won the Israeli Musical Theater Festival's Most Promising Actor Award.

In 2019 he won HaKokhav HaBa L'Eurovizion , the Israeli preliminary decision, and represented his country with the song Home at the Eurovision Song Contest in Tel Aviv . He reached the 23rd place in the final, for which he was automatically qualified.

Marimi is single and lives in Tel Aviv, where he works in a cocktail bar.
