The England U-20 national soccer team is a selection team of English soccer players. It is subject to the English Football Association FA and represents it internationally at the U-20 level , for example in friendly matches against the teams of other national associations or at the U-20 World Cup .
The team achieved their best result at a world championship in 2017 in South Korea , when they became world champions for the first time with a final victory over Venezuela.
