The Erzbergschanzen are ski jumping hills in Eisenerz in Styria in Austria .

Construction and use

They were built in the Eisenerzer Ramsau in the early 1990s. The ski jump complex with the original sizes K 90, K 60 and K 25 is located at the foot of the Wildfeld , about 6 km west of the Erzberg . The jumps are natural jumps and serve as training jumps for the ÖSV jumpers. Since the three jumps do not have a matting, they are only used in winter. International jumps for youngsters are also organized there, such as the Continental Cup or smaller FIS competitions .

The facility was modernized and expanded in 2015 and 2016. The four new jumps are now K 98, K 63.5, K 32 and K 12 in size and are equipped with a snow-making system. In addition, mats were installed so that summer operation is also possible. In addition, a cross-country stadium was integrated into the jumping facility and a biathlon shooting range was built.

The WSV Eisenerz has another ski jumping complex, the Tull plastic covered hills, which are mainly used for summer training.
