Eva Katharina Schultz (born December 16, 1922 in Berlin ; † March 3, 2007 there ) was a German actress and voice actress .

After finishing school, Eva Katharina Schultz attended an acting school in Mannheim and received her first engagements in Gießen , Heidelberg , Bremen , at the Vienna Burgtheater and from 1950 at the Bochum theater . In 1957 she engaged Boleslaw Barlog at the Staatliche Schauspielbühnen Berlin , where she found an artistic home and was part of the ensemble for many years.

One of her first roles in Berlin was Lessing's Minna von Barnhelm , directed by Barlogs. In the years that followed, the actress , who was honored with the title of Berlin State Actress, worked with numerous renowned directors, such as Gustav Rudolf Sellner and Hans Schweikart . In 1971 she played the role of Winnie in Samuel Beckett's Happy Days , directed by the author himself.

Although the center of her extensive acting activity was the stage, Eva Katharina Schultz occasionally took on roles in film and television.
