The Faroese Women's Football Cup 2002 took place between April 13th and July 29th 2002 and was played for the 13th time. In the final, in which Gundadalur -Stadion in Tórshavn was discharged on artificial turf, won KÍ Klaksvík with 6: 1 with holders HB Tórshavn ..

KÍ Klaksvík and HB Tórshavn finished first and fifth in the championship , thereby KÍ Klaksvík achieved the double . With B71 Sandur a second division team reached the semi-finals.

For KÍ Klaksvík it was the second victory in the sixth final, for HB Tórshavn the third defeat in the eighth final.
