Elsa Maria Simonsen (born March 8, 1984 ) is a former Faroese soccer player .

Simonsen played for KÍ Klaksvík since she was a youngster and played over 200 top division games. She played her first competitive game in 1999 at the age of 15 in the semi-final first leg of the Cup against LÍF Leirvík , which was lost 1-0 away. After the 3-0 win in the second leg, KÍ lost in the final 3: 4 after extra time against HB Tórshavn .
