The Faroese Women's Football Championship 2010 was held in the 1. Deild called first Faroese league and was overall the 26th season. It started on April 1, 2010 and ended on October 2, 2010.

Promoted MB Miðvágur returned to the top division after 18 years. Champion was defending champion KÍ Klaksvík , who could win the title for the eleventh time in a row and for the twelfth time overall. However, EB / Streymur and MB Miðvágur had to relegate after two and one year respectively.

Compared to the previous season, the goal rate improved to 4.93 per game, which was the highest average since 2006 . The highest victory achieved KÍ Klaksvík by a 14-0 in the away game against MB Miðvágur on the first day of the game, which was also the highest-scoring game.

From the first to the last matchday, KÍ Klaksvík was in first place without interruption.
