The Faroese Women's Football Championship 2013 was held in the 1. Deild called first Faroese league and was the 29th season overall. It started on March 23, 2013 and ended on October 12, 2013.
EB / Streymur / Skála was by the merger of EB / Streymur and Skála ÍF the 27th participant in the top division. Champion was defending champion KÍ Klaksvík , who could win the title for the 14th time in a row and for the 15th time overall. On the other hand, B68 Toftir / NSÍ Runavík , who withdrew from gaming, had to relegate after two years of first class.
Compared to the previous season, the goal rate worsened to 4.62 per game. The highest victory achieved KÍ Klaksvík by a 12-0 in the home game against ÍF Fuglafjørður on matchday 14, which was also the highest-scoring game.

Season course
Both KÍ Klaksvík and EB / Streymur / Skála started the season with four wins. In the catch-up game on matchday one, KÍ prevailed 3-2 in a direct duel, the second leg on matchday eight was again decided by EBS / Skála 2-0, which meant KÍ's first defeat after 82 unbeaten games. Due to a 1-1 draw by KÍ in the away game on matchday ten against B36 Tórshavn , EBS / Skála also took the lead. This could be held until the 17th matchday and the 0-1 defeat against KÍ Klaksvík. Since neither team gave up any other points, the championship decision was not made until the last day of the match. KÍ won 9-0 away against ÍF Fuglafjørður , while EB / Streymur / Skála lost their last chance with a 3-6 home defeat against HB Tórshavn .
Since B68 Toftir / NSÍ Runavík withdrew from the game operation, the relegated party was determined.

European Cup
In 2013-14, KÍ Klaksvík played last year’s championship in the UEFA Women's Champions League qualifying round . In the first game, the 1-1 win against ŽFK Ekonomist Nikšić (Montenegro) won the only point, the remaining two games were lost 2-1 against Clube Atlético Ouriense (Portugal) and 3-0 against FC Zurich Women (Switzerland). The group ended in last place.
