The 2014 Faroese Football Championship was held in the first Faroese league called 1. Deild and was the 30th season overall. It started on March 23, 2014 and ended on October 18, 2014.

ÍF / Víkingur was through the merger of ÍF Fuglafjørður and Víkingur Gøta the 28th participant in the top division. Champion was defending champion KÍ Klaksvík , who could win the title for the 15th time in a row and for the 16th time overall.

Compared to the previous season, the goal rate worsened to 4.55 per game, which was the lowest average since 2011 . The highest victories were achieved with a 10-0 KÍ Klaksvík in the away game against AB Argir on the 16th matchday and EB / Streymur / Skála in the home game against B36 Tórshavn on the 17th matchday, which were also the highest-scoring games.
