Raj Pracha FC is a Thai football club . The club currently plays in the third highest class in Thailand , the Thai League 3 - Lower Region .

Club history

In the 1991/92 season the club signed German players for the first time to help bring the success back. The transfer was initiated by the former player Withaya Laohakul , who himself played in the German Bundesliga for Hertha BSC and 1. FC Saarbrücken . The German players were Markus Steinhauer, who played for FC Sete, a second division club in France, and in Malaysia for the 1st division club Malacca United before moving to Thailand, and Lorenz Menge from 1. FC Union Berlin . Raj Pracha FC participated in the Asian Cup Winner's Cup in the 1995/96 season . From 1996 to 1999 the club played in the Thailand Premier League . In 1998 they finished 12th and were relegated. From 1999 to 2007, the club did not participate in the game operation of the Thai league. In 2008 they started again in the third division, the Regional League Division 2 in Group A. In 2009 they played in the Bangkok region . With the championship one rose to the second division, the Thai Premier League Division 1 . After three years in the second division, you finally had to return to the third division in 2012, when you finished 17th. 2013 to 2015 played in the Regional League Division 2 - Central / West . In 2016 they switched to the Regional League Division 2 - Bangkok / East . With the introduction of the new league system in 2017, the club will play in the Thai League 3 - Lower Region.
