Filottrano (in the local dialect: Filottrà ) is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 9222 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Ancona in Marche . The municipality is located about 25 kilometers southwest of Ancona and borders directly on the province of Macerata .
