The Chambery-Savoie (Aéroport de Chambéry-Savoie) Airport is a French airport in the department of Savoy . It lies on the edge of the French Alps and is the starting point for air travelers on their way to the French High Alps. The airport is run by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Chambéry.

Flight connections
The airport will not be served directly from German-speaking countries in 2012. In the winter season it is regularly served by Flybe and Jet 2 . Flight destinations are u. a. Southampton , Bristol , Birmingham , Edinburgh , Exeter , Leeds , London , Manchester , Newcastle upon Tyne , Belfast and Norwich . It is also a destination for many charter airlines.
