The Bastia-Poretta Airport ( IATA code BIA , ICAO code LFKB ) lies on the French island of Corsica in the Haute-Corse , 20 km south of Bastia . Numerous expansion and modernization measures at the airport have contributed to the increasing importance of the airport for holiday and tourist traffic in Corsica for years. The Bastia and Haute-Corse Chamber of Commerce and Industry has been operating the airport since 1958 . The airport is closed after midnight. Overnight stays at the airport are not possible.

Transport links

A shuttle bus runs several times a day between the airport and the CFC train station in the center of Bastia with a journey time of around 35 minutes.
