The Jakob-Laur-Flugplatz Laichingen is a special airfield and is located about four kilometers west of the city of Laichingen on the Swabian Alb in Baden-Württemberg at an altitude of 2434 ft (742 m). The airfield has been run by the Flugsportverein Laichingen e. V. operated. The airfield is named after Jakob Laur, who was the first chairman of the aviation club from the founding of the club in October 1950 to March 2009.

Flight operations

Airplanes up to 2000 kg and helicopters up to 3000 kg are allowed to take off and land here. Both mogas and avgas can be refueled at the airport .
