The Nabern / Teck airfield is a special airfield and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Nabern district and four kilometers south of Kirchheim unter Teck . The space is approved for aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of up to 2500 kg and helicopters up to 5700 kg. The aviation group Bölkow Nabern / Teck is based at the airfield. The aviation group Bölkow Nabern was founded in 1968 by employees of the then Bölkow Nabern company.
The Teck glider airfield is 500 meters southwest and Hahnweide airfield is four kilometers northwest .
