The Berlin Amateur Football League 1970/71 was the twenty-first season of the top amateur class in West Berlin . The Amateur League Berlin was below the Regionalliga Berlin and thus on the third highest German league level. The Berliner SV 1892 became Berlin amateur champions in 1971, rose to the regional league and was the Berlin representative at the amateur championship of the DFB . The second climber in the regional league was BFC Meteor 06 , while Lichtenrader BC 25 , VfB Hermsdorf and the amateurs from Hertha BSC were relegated from the amateur league.
