The qualification for the European Women's Soccer Championship in 1995 took place from August 15, 1993 to September 28, 1994 .
mode
A total of 29 national teams took part in the qualification. The selection teams were divided into three groups of three and five groups of four teams. Within the groups, each team played each other twice. The group winners qualified for the quarter-finals.
Croatia , Latvia , Lithuania , Slovakia , Slovenia , Ukraine and Wales took part for the first time and Portugal after a long break, but Ireland did not take part in the qualification. Yugoslavia was excluded because of the civil war.

Trivia
With 55: 0 goals in six games, the German national team set a goal record for six games in the European Championship qualification that is still valid today. In qualifying for the EM 2013, the German team increased the record to 64 goals, but needed 10 games. In addition, Germany was the first team to win all games without conceding a goal.
In contrast, the Slovenian national team set a negative record with 0:60 goals, which has remained so until now.
The German 12-0 win in Wales is still the highest away win in the history of European Championship qualification.
Spain's 17-0 win over Slovenia also set a new record for the biggest win.
To date, Spain are the only team that went out without conceding a single goal.
