The German Football League 2010 was the 32nd season of the top German league in American football . In the German Bowl XXXII there was a new edition of last year's final. The Kiel Baltic Hurricanes won 17:10 against defending champion Berlin Adler and became German champions for the first time .

Since the 2009 season there has been an official opening game in which the reigning German champion competes. This year the Braunschweig Lions met the Stuttgart Scorpions on April 26th and won 20-0.

Due to the better point difference (76:75) from both relegation games, Düsseldorf wins the direct comparison by a narrow margin and moves up to the first division together with the Wiesbaden Phantoms, while the Weinheim Longhorns and Berlin Rebels are relegated to the GFL2.

The German Bowl XXXII took place on October 9th in Frankfurt's Commerzbank-Arena . The Kiel Baltic Hurricanes and Berlin Adler were qualified. The Kiel Baltic Hurricanes celebrated their first German Bowl victory in front of 11,121 spectators.
