H3 - Halloween Horror Hostel is a German horror film - a parody , which in turn ProSieben Funny Movie was produced. Directed by Michael Karen. The script was written by Stefan Barth.

During his cooking show, Tim Mälzer ( Max Giermann ) is called by a mysterious person who keeps asking for popcorn and ultimately murders him, the director and his cameraman. The murderer turns out to be a Saw doll in a red car. At around the same time, the four friends Nico, Janine, Acki and Martin drive through a forest. More and more omen appear that do not bode well for them. "Because today is Halloween , on a Friday the 13th and 28 weeks later ..."
When the notorious psychopath Michael Meier is reported on the radio , (The reporters are called Freddy and Jason ), Janine in particular gets scared. The friends suddenly run over a man with an ice hockey mask , Michael Meier, on the street . When they look, however, he is gone. When a tree falls on their car, the four of them go to his hostel with the woodcutter Harry . Always followed by Michael Meier, they march through the forest. During the march, Nico loses an arm due to a slip by Harry with his chainsaw . Later, the nerd Martin falls behind and meets the Saw doll in the car, who offers him a deal: If he reads a book in the hostel library at exactly midnight, he will have Janine by his side and she will become her macho friend Nico leave. Of course, the freak takes the chance and agrees. When he arrives at the hostel, Acki makes himself comfortable in front of the TV and watches some porn , Nico makes around with two stupid millionaire daughters and Janine disappears offended into her room. Meanwhile, Martin sneaks to the hostel's bookcase, finds the "Book of the Dead" there and reads an incantation from it at midnight , while Acki laughs at him at the same time. But with the formula he conjures up a demon that is now moving towards the hostel just like Michael Meier. Meanwhile, Michael Meier cannot find the way to the hostel and asks a pot smoking bunny ( Donnie Darko ). Later, when Nico disappears in the forest with the two blondes, he meets Michael Meier, who stumbles and Nico accidentally cuts off his second arm. As an excuse he offers to put his arm on hold. Nico gives him his arm and continues to enjoy his two companions. A short time later, he is attacked by the demon. However, he manages to escape while the two millionaire daughters are turned into zombies . When Michael finally arrives and breaks into the hostel, he turns out to be Harry's brother, who wants to get revenge on him because Harry cheated on him with his wife. Before the two men can clarify this over a cup of tea, Nico comes into the house without arms. He warns his friends of the danger, but then the zombies invade and Michael and Harry fall prey to them. Martin, who has a guilty conscience, knows that he has to destroy the "Book of Death". So they distract the zombies with Michael Jackson music (thriller) and he manages to destroy the book while insulting the reappeared Saw doll. But that doesn't seem to work. The zombies will notice him. He too is transformed while Janine and Acki take out the Saw doll. On their further escape they get support from Kürbiskopf, Harry's son, and hide in the basement. But the undead invade there too . The whole scene is from the Saw- title theme underscored. Martin, now also a zombie, is dragged into a freezer by Acki and Janine, while Nico is caught by the zombies. So Acki decides to sacrifice himself and, after Janine is also sitting in the chest, causes a huge explosion with a match and gas . The hostel and the zombies are destroyed, and Martin transforms himself back. He and Janine get out of the chest and walk hand in hand with the pumpkin head, who turns out to be a girl, while they just leave Nico, who survived the explosion but has now also lost his legs, to lie there. When the two are gone, the Saw doll can be seen lying in the rubble . She survived too and offers Nico a deal. The film ends without the deal being revealed.
