Hammerschmiede (colloquially: Haməʴschmidn ) is a district of the market in Lichtenau in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia .

geography

The wasteland lies on the Zandtbach, a right tributary of the Franconian Rezat , and on the district road AN 14 , which leads to Rückersdorf (0.5 km southwest) and St 2223 near Schlauersbach (0.5 km northeast).

history

The hammer forge was built in the 19th century in the municipality of Schlauersbach . It was mentioned by name for the first time in 1867. After 1900 the place was changed to Fischbach . On April 1, 1971, this was incorporated into the Lichtenau market as part of the regional reform .

  4. In the locality directory of the Kingdom of Bavaria with an alphabetical register of places from 1900 (column 1160), the hammer forge still belongs to the community of Schlauersbach. In the localities directory for the Free State of Bavaria according to the census of June 16, 1925 (column 1196), the village already belongs to the Fischbach community.
