Harald Noack (politician, 1949)

Harald Noack (born April 22, 1949 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German lawyer and former political official ( SPD ). He served as State Secretary in the states of Hesse and North Rhine-Westphalia and was the representative of the Federal Republic of Germany in the European Court of Auditors .

Life and work

After graduating from high school , Noack began studying law , which he completed in 1975 with the first state examination and in 1978 with the second state examination . In 1978 he received his doctorate at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main to Dr. jur. with the dissertation Is the participation of third parties in the payment of third-party fines as obstruction according to To see §258 II StGB? .

First from 1979 worked Noack in state law job in Hesse as a judge on probation in Wiesbaden and Hanau , then the Hesse Ministry of Justice , first as a personal consultant of the Minister Herbert Guenther , subsequently repeatedly transported and treated, most recently the Chief Prosecutor and Head the budget and spatial planning departments . Public offices

Noack was State Secretary in the Hessian Ministry of Finance from January 26, 1994 to April 1999 .
