Hausenhof is a district of the Dietersheim community in the Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district in Middle Franconia .

geography

The village lies on the Aalbach, a left tributary of the Aisch . To the northwest rises the Sommerberg ( 383  m above sea level ), to the east the Kirschenbuck and approx. 0.5 km south of the Walterbühl . The Güterwald is 0.75 km to the west . A residential road runs to Altheim (2.5 km southeast).

history

The place originated in the late Middle Ages (11th / 12th centuries).

Towards the end of the 18th century, Hausenhof belonged to Altheim . The two properties had the Brandenburg-Bayreuth Vogtamt Altheim as landlord . Under the Prussian administration (1792–1806) of the Principality of Bayreuth, Hausenhof was given house numbers 59 and 60 of Altheim.

As part of the community edict, Hausenhof was assigned to the Altheim tax district formed in 1811 . It also belonged to the Altheim rural community formed in 1817 . On July 1, 1972 Altheim was incorporated into Dietersheim as part of the regional reform .

In 1983 the Einödhof and its land were bought by the Camphill community in Nuremberg and expanded into a village community for the mentally handicapped.
