The RVF 400 (NC 35) is a supersport motorcycle by the manufacturer Honda , which was produced from 1994 to 1996, but was sometimes offered on the market by dealers until 2001. The motorcycle was officially only available in Japan.

She was the little sister model of the Honda RVF 750 , as previously Honda VFR 400 R for Honda VFR 750 R was.

In contrast to the previous model, the VFR 400 R, whose production was discontinued in 1992, the front fork in particular had been changed. The rear wheel was reduced from 18 to 17 " . The front fairing received two fresh air ducts; the two headlights were no longer round, but now had the" fox eye "design.

Another change concerned the carburetors. The RVF 400 has 30 mm constant pressure flat slide carburetors, whereas the previous model VFR 400 R has 32 mm constant pressure round slide carburettors.
