In Graefenbrühl

The Im Graefenbrühl nature reserve is located in the Bad Kreuznach district in Rhineland-Palatinate .
The 5.6 hectare area, which was placed under nature protection in 1991 , extends northwest of Pferdefeld , which belongs to the city of Bad Sobernheim . The state road L 229 runs along the southern edge of the area .
The purpose of protection is the preservation and development of the area
- as a location of rare wild plants and plant communities that are threatened in their existence , in particular of grass grass , orchid occurrences and wet meadows
- as a habitat for endangered animal species
- for scientific reasons
