The Glashütter Wiesen nature reserve is located in the Bad Kreuznach district and in the Rhein-Hunsrück district in Rhineland-Palatinate .

The approximately 45 hectare area, which was placed under nature protection in 1984 , extends southeast of the local community of Argenthal . State road L 239 runs along the eastern edge of the area through which the Graefenbach flows .

The protection purpose is the preservation of the wetland as a habitat of rare wild plants and plant communities that are threatened in their existence.
