Immanuel Höhn (born December 23, 1991 in Mainz ) is a German soccer player who is currently under contract with SV Darmstadt 98 .

He grew up in Weiler near Bingen and started at Hassia Bingen at the age of three , where he played up to the E-youth. For the D-Youth he moved to 1. FC Kaiserslautern and for the second C-Youth year back to Bingen am Rhein . He then went to FK Pirmasens for a year before joining the youth team at SC Freiburg for the 2008/09 season. On February 28, 2010, Höhn celebrated his debut in the men's field as a youth player (U-19) in the 1-1 draw of the second team (U-23) against SV Wehen Wiesbaden II. This was followed by another five missions in the 2009/10 season before he became an integral part of the second team for the 2010/11 season.

In the 2011/12 season, Höhn participated almost exclusively in professional training as a player in the second team. On January 23, 2012 he signed his first professional contract with SC Freiburg and thus became an integral part of the first team. On February 5, 2012 (20th matchday), Höhn made his professional debut over the full season in a 2-2 draw against SV Werder Bremen . On February 21, 2015, he scored his first Bundesliga goal in the 25th minute in a 1-1 draw against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim . With Freiburg he was relegated to the second Bundesliga at the end of the 2014/15 season .

For the 2016/17 season he moved to the first division club SV Darmstadt 98 , with whom he was also relegated from the Bundesliga. On May 7, 2020, Höhn's expiring contract was extended to June 2021.
