Ivana Miličević (born April 26, 1974 in Sarajevo , Yugoslavia ) is an American actress .

life and career

Ivana Miličević moved from Yugoslavia to Michigan with her parents Damir and Tonka and their brothers in 1983 at the age of nine . She worked as a model while graduating from high school in Troy . After graduation, she had minor guest appearances on television series such as The Nanny , Seinfeld , Felicity , Buffy and Friends . Miličević played other guest roles in series such as Charmed , CSI: Miami and Chuck . She had a recurring role in the Nash Bridges series in which she was close to the main character. She also had a permanent role on the HBO series The Mind of the Married Man . In 2003 she played the gangster bride Nina in the movie Mail Order Bride . She was also seen in a few other small roles afterwards. In 2006 she starred in the CBS series Love Monkey . She took on the role of Valenka in the 21st James Bond film from 2006, Casino Royale . In 2013 she took on one of the lead roles in the crime series Banshee - Small Town. Big Secrets. There she plays the daughter of a Ukrainian gang boss who falls out with him and tries to deceive him in a jointly planned theft. After the theft, she takes refuge in the small town of Banshee, takes on a new identity there, marries and has two children, and leads a petty bourgeois life until her past catches up with her.

In the computer game Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 , Miličević appeared in 2008 in the role of Dasha , a Soviet agent.

Her brother Tomislav Miličević played together with Jared Leto and his brother Shannon Leto in the band 30 Seconds to Mars .
