Jennifer Ferrin

Jennifer Ferrin (born February 25, 1979 in Lawrenceville , Georgia ) is an American actress .

Early years

Jennifer Ferrin was born in the city of Lawrenceville, Georgia, USA. In her childhood she was an avid singer, she also played the piano and cello . She attended them at Brookwood High School, where she starred in leading roles in several performances and also sang in the school choir. After graduation, she studied at the College of Charleston and later at the North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem , from which she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama.

Career

Ferrin's film career began in 2002 after she appeared on an episode of the Dawson's Creek series and played a small role in the television movie The Locket . Just one year later, she was cast in the role of Jennifer Munson Kasnoff Donovon in the soap opera Young and Passionate - As Life Plays , which she played until 2006. For her performance, she was nominated twice for a Daytime Emmy Award in the categories of Best Young Actress in a Drama Series and a year later for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.

In 2007 she was seen in a supporting role in the series The Kill Point . The next year followed in Life on Mars . Her guest appearances on US television include productions such as Rescue Me , Fringe - Grenzfalls des FBI , White Collar , Nurse Jackie , Boardwalk Empire , Unforgettable , Good Wife , Royal Pains , Elementary , Deception , Person of Interest and Homeland .

From 2013, Ferrin was able to increase her awareness through her roles in internationally broadcast television series. So she initially took on a small role as Molly in The Following . Added to this was the role of Rebecca Mason , who in Falling Skies played until 2015 and also as Louise Ellison a starring role on the third season in Hell on Wheels , a total of up to 2016. From 2014-2015 she also worked as Abigail Alford in The Knick to see. Further supporting roles followed in Falling Water , Time After Time and 2018 in Sneaky Pete and Rise . Her appearances in films include Over / Under and Sex and the City 2 .

Personal

Ferrin has been married to interior designer Zachary Bliss since 2014 , and they met in 2009. You live in Amagansett , New York State .
