The Canton Treffort-Cuisiat was 2015 a French canton in the department of Ain in the region Rhône-Alpes . It comprised nine municipalities in the arrondissement of Bourg-en-Bresse , its main town (French: chef-lieu ) was Treffort-Cuisiat .
