The Canton Attignat is a French canton in the department of Ain in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It comprises 18 municipalities in the Bourg-en-Bresse arrondissement . As a result of the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons, it was newly created in 2015 with Attignat as the seat of the bureau centralisateur .
