geography

Curtafond is about twelve kilometers northwest of Bourg-en-Bresse and about 19 kilometers east-southeast of the city of Mâcon . Curtafond is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Didier-d'Aussiat in the north and north-west, Saint-Martin-le-Châtel in the north and north-east, Polliat in the south and east and Confrançon in the west.
