Saint-Trivier-de-Courtes is a French commune in the Ain department in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It was the main town (chef-lieu) of the canton of Saint-Trivier-de-Courtes and has been part of the newly created canton of Replonges in the arrondissement of Bourg-en-Bresse since 2015 . It borders on Romenay to the north, Vernoux to the north-east, Courtes to the east, Mantenay-Montlin to the south-east, Servignat to the south, Chavannes-sur-Reyssouze to the south-west and Vescours to the west . The residents call themselves the Trivicourtois.
