The municipality of Jasseron is located in the Revermont and at the foot of the Jura , about eight kilometers east of Bourg-en-Bresse . Neighboring municipalities of Jasseron are Saint-Étienne-du-Bois and Meillonnas in the north, Drom in the northeast, Ramasse in the southeast, Ceyzériat in the south, Saint-Just in the southwest, Bourg-en-Bresse in the west and Viriat in the northwest.
