It borders in the northwest on Dompierre-sur-Veyle , in the north on Druillat , in the northeast on Varambon , in the east on Priay , in the southeast on Château-Gaillard and Saint-Maurice-de-Rémens , in the south on Châtillon-la-Palud , in the south-west with Chalamont and in the west with Châtenay . The residents call themselves Villetois or Villetoises.
