Parcieux Town Hall (Mairie)

Parcieux (formerly: Parcieux-en-Dombes ) is a French commune with 1,206 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Ain department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region . It belongs to the canton of Trévoux (until 2015: canton of Reyrieux ) in the arrondissement of Bourg-en-Bresse and is a member of the Dombes Saône Vallée municipal association . The inhabitants are called Parcevins .

geography

Parcieux is located 19 kilometers north of Lyon in the Dombes countryside . The Saône limits the municipality to the west. Parcieux is surrounded by the neighboring communities Reyrieux in the north, Civrieux in the east, Massieux in the south and Quincieux in the west.
