geography
Saint-Laurent-sur-Saône is located in the Bresse countryside on an artificial island between the Canal de contournement de Saint-Laurent and the Saône , which borders the municipality to the west. Saint-Laurent-sur-Saône is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Replonges in the north and east, Crottet in the southeast, Grièges in the south and Mâcon in the west.
